Students explore the social, economic, political, and environmental influence of the auto on North American lives. Through a mixture of assignments, discussion boards, and quiz work, college students examine the history of the automobile, from its introduction to the current day. Doing so allows students to trace the adjustments the automotive has introduced to manufacturing, life, design rules, transportation methods, the setting, labour-management negotiation, and economic organization. Students survey the development, use, and worth of humour in Canadian visible and inventive arts.
